Outcome of your appeal of 25 December 2013

Dear Bogdan
In response to your letter, dated 25 December 2013, appealing the outcome of the church business meeting of 14 December , the Londonderry Church Board met on 11 January, 2014 and came to the following decisions:

n        1.  We are not prepared to accept your appeal against the church’s decision to disfellowships  you.

n         2.  You are not longer  welcome to attend worship in the Londonderry church

Our reasons are as follows:

You have not stopped posting critical and harassing messages on your blog concerning the Londonderry  congregation, its leaders, and individual members.

You have not showed any willingness to enter into a friendlier and less confrontational relationship with the church leadership and its members. You choose make threats and demands, and you pose ultimatums rather than attempt to rebuild a broken relationship.

It is antagonistic behaviour, disregard from church authority, and attempts to cause damage the reputation with of the church that formed the basis for our decision to disfellowship you. In the absence of any change in behawiour and attitude from you, we cannot grant appeal.

In your letter of appeal you reveal that you are recording services and meetings of our church.  You also state your intention that you wish the use these recordings to expose our church practice to members of the public. As a church board we do not authorise such recordings. We do not give you permission to record the meetings and services of our church.

This threatening behaviour and continued harassment has led to decision that we will no longer allow you to attend worship in the Londonderry Church. Your are no longer a member of our congregation and we will not you in our congregation as long as this harassment continues.

We still you to enter a friendlier, less confrontational relationship with the church members and its leaders. We would like to see restored to fellowship. This will only happen though, in situation where you are prepared to display the spirit of friendship, respect, and mutual brotherhood  that we seek to establish and maintain in the church.

If you feel unhappy this decision by the church board and find yourself to agree to the request above , you to have the right to write to the Irish Mission Executive committee. c/o the Irish Mission Office, 9 Newry Road, Banbrige, BT 32 3 HF. They will evaluate your case and to see of any further interventions is need.

Dziś na nabożeństwie sabatowym, w czasie składania osobistych próśb do Boga, podniesieniem ręki dałem znać Ci, ze pragnę również z innymi poprosić Boga. Po przedstawieniu mojej prośby – Ty zstąpiłeś  z mównicy zborowej, zbliżyłeś się do mnie i kazałeś mi wyjść  z nabożeństwa , podczas Communion Service

Domagam się więc, abyś na piśmie przedstawił jakie moje słowa prośby do Boga dały Ci prawo wyrzucić mnie z uroczystości Communion Service.
Jesteś  zobowiązany przedstawić na piśmie swoje zarzuty w sprawie treści mojej próby do Boga -  jako pasterz Pana Jezusa Chrystusa wobec „zagubionej owcy”, która popełniła błąd.
